I am not on any insurance panels nor do I accept any insurance or insurance payments. My practice is purposefully small to allow me to provide personalized care. If you are seeking out of network coverage, please reach out to your insurance to clarify your out of network reimbursement benefits as well as your deductible. I can provide you with a Super Bill or itemized receipt to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement upon request. Payment is due at each session with an active credit card on file.

Patients are required to cancel appointments at least 24 hrs prior to an appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hrs prior to the appointment and no shows will be charged the full session fee. When medications are used, prescriptions are provided until the next appointment. This will ensure that medications are being utilized effectively and safely.
Prescription refills for controlled substances require an in-office appointment. (This is currently waived during the public health emergency).

Other professional activities outside of scheduled appointments related to coordination care, consultations, preparation of reports, letter writing, and other services in excess of 10 minutes will be billed the corresponding hourly fractional rates.
